This exquisite pork sausage is hand-made using traditional techniques; which makes its flavour perfect for making some of the most traditional dishes of Asturias cuisine such as 'fabada' bean stew. It is also ideal for making other dishes such as chorizo sausages in cider. It can even be fried. Its intense, although not excessive, flavour make it a perfect choice for the so-called 'village dishes'.
