ASTURIAS BEANS PGI (1 KG)

Asturias Faba Beans are appreciated by consumers because of their fine skin and buttery texture. It is a very high quality legume, selected and guaranteed by the Asturias Faba Bean Protected Geographical Indication.

To prepare the beans, remember to soak them the day before. It is recommended to cook them over a low heat and add a a dash of cold water to take them off the boil at least every two hours. To avoid breaking the bean, don't stir the stew with any utensil; instead, gently shake the pan form side to side.
