Asturias black sausage is the optimum ingredient to use in traditional stews of Asturias cuisine. It is a traditional sausage, made from the fattiest areas of the pig complete with bacon and other ingredients. It is stuffed in natural gut and cured, resulting in a unique black sausage with an intense flavour.

HOW TO COOK IT
Supreme quality and totally natural Crivencar cured beef cecina presented in slices for easy serving. It is obtained from the hind quarters of cows over five years old and is made using a traditional process of salting, washing, smoking and curing outdoors for a minimum of eight months.
