Asturias black sausage is a traditional Asturias sausage. The fattiest areas of the pig complete with bacon and the other ingredients give it a unique flavour intensity. The resulting blend is stuffed in natural casing and cured to its optimum point for serving. Asturias black sausage is ideal for making typical Asturias stews.
It is filled in natural gut and then cured to the optimum point to be used in typical Asturias stews.
