Serrano ham selected by Crivencar for its quality as “ham selection of the house”, with natural curing for over a year, and lightly smoked, resulting in a delicious, juicy flavour that is not salty.

This product can be used for different preparations and dishes, although it is exceptional to enjoy it on its own, sliced, accompanied by toast and with other Asturias cured meats and cheeses.
Once started, the ham must be properly protected at room temperature, ensuring that the cutting area is covered with a cloth to prevent oxidation from drying the product.
The “Crivencar” ham selection is sold in whole pieces of about 8 kg.
If you wish, the ham can be ordered off-the-bone, in vacuum-packed pieces ready to serve as they are needed. No extra cost.
