Longaniza sausage can be cut up as a tapas or fried in extra virgin olive oil. Longaniza sausage is made from a traditional Spanish recipe and stuffed into a continuous natural casing, making it one long sausage joined at the beginning and end with a string, which is also used to hang it in the curing process. PRODUCT PRESENTATION “Tierra Astur” premium Spanish longaniza sausage is vacuum packaged in pieces of approximately 400 g.
