This delicious preserve of grilled razor clams has been made using traditional artisan methods on the grill of the Gueyu Mar restaurant in Ribadesella, Asturias. Each can contains between 6 and 8 pieces and has a net weight of 150 g.

Güeyumar charcoal-grilled razor clams are made by chef Abel Álvarez, whose project stems from his passion to reinvent the world of canned food. The razor clams are harvested using traditional artisan techniques and charcoal-grilled with birch, beech and oak wood coals, which gives them a smoky touch that enhances all the flavour and aroma. After charcoal-grilling, the razor clams are canned in extra virgin olive oil.
Each can has a net weight of 150 g and contains between 6 and 8 pieces.
