This Tierra Astur Asturias PGI stewed beef product is a dish cooked with the finest meat from Asturias obtained from native Asturias Valley cattle in conditions of semi-freedom, between 10 and 18 months, fed with cow's milk and natural pastures.

The finest raw material and a recipe true to the traditional home cooking of the Asturias people make this dish a guaranteed success and offers authenticity to diners.

The recipe uses Asturias PGI beef, onions, white wine, garlic, thyme, pepper and salt. In addition to being a cooked dish that tastes like homemade stew, the product contains no allergens. The Tierra Astur Asturias stewed beef is gluten-free, which makes it suitable for those with coeliac dietary requirements.

The product is presented in a 420 g can (1 serving) and a 1.1 kg can (3 servings) and does not require refrigeration for conservation. To heat the product for serving, place it in another container and always cook on low power so that the temperature increases gradually, so as to release all the flavour of this home made stewed beef recipe.
