Monje de Nata cow’s milk cheese is a pressed-paste Spanish cheese with average curing time and is similar to spanish popular cream cheeses. The softness of its flavour makes it ideal for the whole family.
It is recommended to serve at room temperature; remove the product from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving.
