Vidiago cheese is mild and creamy, made from pasteurised cow's milk, rennet, lactic ferment and salt.
It is a traditionally-made cheese with no additives or preservatives. It comes in a block format, making it an ideal product for sandwiches, filled rolls and hamburgers. It is also very versatile for filling Asturias cordon bleu.
Remember that this cheese is best served at room temperature to bring out all the quality of its flavours; remove it from the refrigerator about thirty minutes before serving.
Store in the refrigerator.
