Spanish beef ribs Asturias PGIprepared in strips in our butchery, ideal for cooking on the grill.
The ribs come from select quality beef from animals slaughtered before twelve months of age. It is a pink veal meat, very tender and juicy, and with exceptional flavour.
If desired, the beef ribs can be sent in one piece for roasting on the grill.
Store in the refrigerator. Remove from the package one hour before serving.
