Asturias PGI beef steaks of excellent quality, obtained from animals slaughtered before the age of twelve months. Very tender and juicy steaks, pink colour, ideal for the whole family.
It is recommended to serve them grilled or fried, with a side of chips or salad, and salt to taste.
Store in the refrigerator. Remove from the package one hour before serving.
