Ideal for preparing traditional Asturias beef dishes braised with onions, garlic, pepper, parsley, white wine, olive oil and salt. Accompany with fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, peppers or even serve on corn fritters.
Store in the refrigerator. Remove from the package one hour before serving.
