Authentic Spanish veal scallops Asturias PGI prepared in our butchery used for traditional Spanish cuisine.
They are ideal for crumbing in egg and breadcrumbs and frying in hot olive oil. Serve with chips and traditional Cabrales cheese sauce or other sauce to taste (garlic mayonnaise, five peppers, etc.). The amount of product is ideal for 2-3 guests to share.
A typical dish of Asturias cuisine that is present on the menus of all cider houses in the region.
Store in the refrigerator. Remove from the package one hour before preparation.
