The Monasterio de Corias barrel-aged vermouth has an intense ruby colour with garnet sparkles; a sign of the long time spent in the barrel. It presents a lot of legs when shaken in the glass, thanks to the perfect ripeness of the grape when it is harvested.

Monasterio de Corias barrel-aged vermouth is made from local grapes grown in the so-called "heroic viticulture" region due to the harsh conditions of the terrain and the altitude.

This drink, ideal for aperitifs, has an intense aroma of dark plum, violet and liquorice; very characteristic of the Albarín Negro grape variety. It is combined with sweet notes of cinnamon, wormwood and orange blossom as a result of maceration with fine herbs and botanicals from the area.

Its flavour is reminiscent of Pedro Ximénez, with a full-bodied entrance, a touch of ginger and sage and a persistent orange peel aftertaste.

Monasterio de Corias barrel-aged vermouth pairs perfectly with olives, savoury snacks, nuts, pickles, etc. It is recommended to serve it fresh, not too cold and accompanied with a piece of orange peel.

Productosdeasturias.com recommends responsible consumption.

The Monasterio de Corias barrel-aged vermouth has 15% alcohol content and is presented in a 75 cl rectangular bottle.
