The famous Asturian cheese factory manufactures this pasteurised cow’s and goat’s milk cheese in the town that bears its name, in the municipality of Nava, in the central-eastern area of Asturias.
Asturian cheese with a blend of pasteurised cow’s and goat’s milk is popularly known as the Ovín mix. It is a very pleasant Asturias cheese with medium flavour intensity.
Asturias cheese is made in one of the Asturias cheese factories with the highest level of specialisation in making soft white cheese from cow’s, goat’s and sheep’s milk, as well as a blend of any of the three milks.
It is ideal for use in cheese tables of mild-medium intensity, and also to incorporate in salads.
It is recommended to serve at room temperature; remove the product from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving.
Store in the refrigerator.
