Tierra Astur Vidiago sheep's milk cheese is a cured and mature cheese with a compact cut, clean, with few eyes.
Its inside colour is reminiscent of ivory, which tends to be toasted towards its thin rind, it is aromatically clean with lactic nuances and hints of natural pastures. It is pleasant on the mouth, of medium intensity as is expected of a good sheep's milk cheese made in Asturias and marketed by Crivencar.
