Asturias cow’s milk cheese in block format, exclusively available to professional customers in the online store. Easy to slice, it is ideal for cold snacks, sandwiches and hamburgers, and its extraordinary texture makes it ideal for melting and for cooking hot dishes, such as filling for cordon bleu. It is also ideal for selling in a display cabinet.

This block of Tres Oscos cheese must be kept refrigerated. It is recommended to remove it from the refrigerator to bring it to room temperature before serving.
