PRODUCT PRESENTATION
Ovín cow’s and goat’s milk cheese is vacuum packed in 500 g pieces.
The Ovín cheese mixture is cylindrically shaped, has a semi-soft texture and a white and slightly yellowish cut. On the palate it has a fine or slightly sandy texture depending on the degree of maturing. The Ovín cheese from pasteurised cow’s and goat’s milk has a much higher proportion of cow’s milk than goat’s milk, so its flavour is milder than a pure goat’s milk cheese.
In any case, the presence of goat’s milk is especially noticeable on the olfactory tasting since, on the nose, Ovín cheese proposes balanced aromas through goat’s milk.
