The Taramundi semi-cured cheese made from raw cow’s and goat’s milk is vacuum packed in 500 g pieces.
This blended Spanish cheese is a cylindrical and compact cheese. It has a polished rind with light and occasional moulds. When the cheese is cut it is clean and yellowish inside revealing a very compact mass that gives off strong aromas derived from maturing and the goat’s milk. On the palate Taramundi matured cheese has a complex, even spicy, flavour.
