Tierra Astur blue cheese has a cheese with a strong flavour and intense aroma, slightly buttery. The cheese cut is fairly regular and uniform, which together with the block format enables best use of the product.
Tierra Astur cow’s and goat’s milk blue cheese is used in cheese sauces, for filling cordon bleu, cheese salads, on pizzas and tapas and for filling sweet and savoury pies. The taste and aroma of the cheese intensifies when served at room temperature. So to enjoy it to the fullest, it is recommended to remove the product from the refrigerator about 20 minutes beforehand.
