‘Diamantes de Hielo’ cider is made in the Viuda de Angelón winepresses, with most from 100% Spanish apple, collected from its own plantations, through a double-fermentation method.
Ice cider is an innovative, high quality beverage with no added sugars or alcohol. Ideal to enjoy with meals, or as an accompaniment to desserts, especially those with a bitter (such as cocoa) or citrus touch.
Serve well chilled.

Diamantes de Hielo Pomar cider comes in 37.5 cl glass bottles, and in a cardboard box perfect for a gift.
The most obtained from the apple is frozen to remove water from the apple itself, and subjected to cryo-fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then moved to French oak barrels for long-term ageing in underground caves in complete darkness.
