Authentic goat cheese, exclusively made for the Tierra Astur Gourmet brand in block format. Authentic pure goat’s milk cheese, high quality and with no preservatives or additives. A high-performance product with multiple cooking applications.
Tierra Astur goat’s milk cheese is made from 100% goat’s milk, to which all-natural ingredients are added. It is a cheese with an intense flavour, typical of goat cheeses, and very aromatic.
In the kitchen it can be used in a wide variety of dishes and preparations: as filling for cordon bleu and pasties, in cubes in Asturias cheese salads, in sauces, accompanying pasta, on cheese boards of selected artisan cheeses.
The block format of this goat cheese guarantees total use of the product, to ensure the most economical use.
It is recommended to remove the cheese from the refrigerator about thirty minutes before serving for the full enjoyment of its flavour and intensity of aroma.
Store in the refrigerator.
