Pack of high-quality Asturias meats, prepared in special cuts for cooking on the grill or barbecue. The quantity of product for sharing between four people.
The pack includes:
- 2 Criollo sausages
- 1 Fresh ‘matachana’ black sausage
- 600 g Asturias PGI beef ribs
- 800 g Pork ribs.
- 250 g Boneless cooked shoulder.
- 2 Chicken thighs
- 1 Jar of cooked classic chimichurri sauce (295 g)
Store in the refrigerator. Remove from the package one hour before serving.

The pack has an approximate total weight of 5 kg. All pieces are vacuum packed and then packaged in a cardboard box for easy transport.
