Generally, shipping costs for all orders placed on our online store will be free for orders over €60, and delivery will take place within a period ranging from 24 to 72 hours (from order dispatch), except for shipments to our pickup points in Asturias, where in this case, shipping will be free, and delivery will be between 24-48 hours.

    The sale of cider boxes is limited to 6 units for retailers and 3 units for wholesalers.

    In general, the website reserves the right to apply the following surcharges on transportation to the customer:

    1) If the customer notifies a change of delivery address after the shipment has already been made to a previously provided address, a surcharge of €9.95 per shipment (including VAT) will be applied. This surcharge will be paid by the customer through reimbursement to the transport agency. An invoice for this surcharge will be issued and sent to the customer in the usual manner.

    2) In case of repeated absences (more than two) at the provided delivery address, and provided there is no justified reason by the customer, a surcharge of €9.95 per shipment (including VAT) will be applied. This surcharge will be paid by the customer through reimbursement to the transport agency. An invoice for this surcharge will be issued and sent to the customer in the usual manner.

  • SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES primarily works with two logistics companies through which it delivers orders. Depending on the company, different delivery times may apply:

    A) TIPS@ COMPANY: for the shipment of products that do not require refrigerated logistics. The general delivery time is 24-72 hours in Mainland Spain (from order dispatch), 48-72 hours in the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

    B) INTEGRA2 COMPANY: for the shipment of products requiring refrigerated logistics. The general delivery time is 48-72 hours in Spain (from order dispatch) (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), and 5 business days in Portugal.

    Products requiring refrigerated logistics can be identified with the following icon on their product page:

    If a product in an order requires refrigerated logistics, all products in the order will be shipped by the same method, except for cider pack references mentioned in the shipping cost policy of these general sales conditions.

    In any case, the aforementioned delivery times for both companies start from the date the order is placed as long as the order is placed before 12:00 PM. If the order is placed after 12:00 PM, the period will start from the next business day.

    These times exclude holidays and weekends as there is no transportation agency pickup on those dates (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

    During the Christmas season (between December 4th and 24th), and due to the high workload of all transportation agencies, delivery delays beyond the control of may occur. We commit to expedite shipments as much as possible to meet our delivery deadlines, but please be informed that there are occasional moments when it is impossible, not depending on us for such incidents.

    Orders will be delivered in areas and countries where user registration is allowed by the system.

    Orders will be delivered to the person/company and at the delivery address provided through the website. In the event that the recipient wants to change the delivery address after the order has left our warehouses, if there are logistical costs associated with this change of address, these will be borne by the customer, who must pay them in advance of delivery. The Applicable Surcharges section of the transportation details these logistical costs and payment methods. Orders will not be delivered to P.O. boxes.

    In case, exceptionally, some of the products are not available when the customer's order is shipped, Quesos del Principado de Asturias, S.L. offers the customer the option to choose between one of these two options:

    a) Wait for stock replenishment and send the entire order to the customer when all references are available.
    b) In case the customer has paid by credit card, PayPal, or transfer, refund the customer the amount of the out-of-stock product plus the corresponding shipping costs (if any).

    The website reserves the right to withhold the shipment of orders with incorrect addresses or phone numbers. In any case, our customer service department will contact the user to inform about any issues or questions that may arise during the processing and shipping of the order.


    We offer the service of pickup points in Asturias, this service is free and has a delivery time of 24-48 hours.

    When a customer places an order to be sent to a third party, we recommend checking the box that says "I wish my order to be wrapped as a gift" that appears in the Shipping Method step of the purchasing process. With this option, our logistics department will include a message from the recipient in the shipment, which can be personalized through the designated field that will appear once the indicated checkbox is marked, or it can be a generic message.

    Shipping as a gift does not imply that the order will be wrapped in gift paper, as during the transportation time until the recipient receives it, package handling might cause damage to the paper, resulting in a poor presentation upon reception.

    Similarly, if the order is sent as a gift, the sales invoice will not be included in the package, as it will be sent to the customer via email to the address used for the purchase.
