Flavoursome on the mouth, fruity, with spicy to woody notes, it is ideal with salads, fish and seafood.
The production areas of DOP Cangas Spanish wines are rugged, mountainous landscapes and the vines are grown on steep slopes, which make cultivation difficult. The terrain does not allow for the mechanisation of tasks, which are often carried out under adverse weather conditions. The operations are small, and are organised in terraced fields.
The grape varieties are unique, with small productions that result in a high-quality and traditional Spanish wines.
