The cream of cocoa and hazelnut Asturcilla is an Asturian cream of organic production made in Cabranes by a cooperative of recent creation led by young entrepreneurs who have managed to incorporate a homemade product, very rich and using organic ingredients and related to fair trade for its preparation. In addition, Asturcilla cocoa and hazelnut cream has no added colorants or preservatives or uses palm oil for its production which makes it a product committed to sustainable development, perfect to educate ourselves on responsible consumption and support for producers artisans of Asturias.

For the preparation of the product we present Asturian hazelnut collected by small producers in Asturias, cocoa of organic production, milk milked in cows fed without transgenic feed and reared in a small organic farm located in the council of Nava and sugar panela obtained from the natural evaporation of sugarcane juices and without any further processing, the difference being that sugar is healthier than any other processed sugar since it retains all its nutrients.

The Asturcilla cocoa and hazelnut cream has a very dark brown color and intense aromas of toasted hazelnut and cocoa. The palate is very pleasant with a predominance of flavors of hazelnut easily found in the cream for its small pieces that, in addition to flavor peaks, provide texture to a cream of great untuosity.


The ecological cream of cocoa and hazelnut Asturcilla is presented in a glass jar weighing 230 grams. With seal of guarantee to conserve all its properties until the moment of its consumption.
