The Asturias Gochu de Monte is a unique free-range pig farming project in the mountains of the central area of Asturias and whose animals are a cross between the Asturcelta autochthonous breed with the Duroc.
Asturias Gochu de Monte pigs are born and raised in freedom, in a unique environment and with respectful breeding standards that lead to classification as "the happy pig".
As a consequence of this very specific feeding and breeding, this sliced shoulder ham, obtained from the forequarters of the animal, is presented in a practical sliced blister pack, 100 g approximate weight.
