“Tierra Astur” sea urchin pâté is packaged in an easy-open 100 g can.

The sea urchin is also known in Asturias (Spain) as “oricio” and is captured using traditional techniques almost exclusively in the region. With an intense iodine flavour, its use in Spanish cuisine is very versatile. It can be served directly boiled in water, as a tapas, or by using the meat in different cold or hot sauces that accompany any fish.
