Guaranteed by the quality certification Foods from Natural Paradise and the ecological certification from COPAE, the ecological gluten free corn flour is suitable for coeliacs and preserves the corn characteristics.

Ground in a 100% artisanal way, Molinos de Retuerta uses water to mill in low revs by using french rocks the ecological corn certified by COPAE. Later, they winnow it in a fine mesh sieve to obtain a fine grain flour, perfect for breads, bakery, “tortos”, etc.

 

The ecological corn flour is presented in a paper bag of around 1 kg weight.
