The chocolate cookies Madretierra is a sweet of ecological production elaborated in Ladines, town located in the council of Sobrescobio in full of the Natural Park of Networks in the Eastern zone of Asturias. The small Asturian company is known for the quality of the breads and the confectionery that it produces in an artisanal way and of purely ecological production.

For the preparation of breads and all the confectionery with ecological certification offered by this small Asturian product, fundamentally, they use wheat flour, rye and spelled Asturian all of high quality thanks to which products such as Madretierra chocolate cookies have the quality that demand the best and most demanding consumers of organic products.

The supplier with whom we work has the honor of being the first Asturian bakery to obtain a certification that proves that the raw materials used to make their loaves come from organic crops, a clear indicator of the commitment acquired with the territory and the sustainable development of the areas rural.

Madretierra chocolate cookies combine the tradition of a traditional village biscuit, made with milk, butter and the best wheat flour, in this case a proportion of whole wheat flour and semi-processed, complemented with rich chocolate chips black.
