A traditional rice dessert made from fresh pasteurised cow’s milk, sugar, rice, cinnamon, lemon, anise and salt, and no kind of additive. Produced using traditional artisan techniques.
The product is ready to eat, although cinnamon can be added or a thin layer of caramelised sugar. The caramelised sugar gives the dessert a crisp and sweet touch that enhances its flavour.
Store in the refrigerator between 3-6°C.
PRODUCT PRESENTATION
“Abredo” rice pudding is packaged in 200 g tubs.
It is creamy and sweet and can be enjoyed as a hot or cold dessert. It is undoubtedly the most international dessert of traditional Asturias cuisine, and is very famous throughout Spain.
It is also versatile for using in other recipes such as filling for a pancake for example, or as an ingredient in a rice pudding cake.
