The El Viejo Pescador cannery is a small factory with a family tradition that has been working to offer customers the best gourmet preserves since 1998, taking care of every last detail within its products, from preparation through to packaging.

The El Viejo Pescador cannery is renowned for its marinated preserves. It uses one of the most traditional canning techniques that uses the acidity of vinegar together with other ingredients that preserve the food for longer.
