La Gloria sardines in olive oil are made from processed fish caught between March and October, the best season for this species. In these months, it has higher rates of Omega3, which enhances the flavour, aroma and texture.
The product is canned using entirely manual techniques with only fresh ingredients and no preservatives.
"La Gloria" sardines in olive oil are preserved in 120 g cans containing about 10 or 12 pieces.
