The Bedón cheese factory produces all kinds of pressed cheeses based on milk taken from livestock on its own farm, giving its products the quality of the Asturias lands, and the know-how of years and years of dedication.
The ideal serving temperature is room temperature, so take it out of the refrigerator about thirty minutes before serving.
