Sirloin steak is obtained from the lower back, below the animal’s last rib and the end of the lumbar area. Fresh meat not subjected to any treatment other than cold conservation.
Get the best value out of the product by buying the entire loin to cut it into rib-eye fillets for cooking on the grill or pan frying with a touch of coarse salt.
Store in the refrigerator. It is recommended to bring it to room temperature at least one hour before use.
