Spanish longaniza sausage, home-made using the traditional formula with a mixture of lean pork and beef, which has a minimum percentage of jaw (bacon) in order to guarantee that it is always an exquisite product. The light smoking process gives this sausage an excellent flavour and aroma.

Longaniza sausage is made from a traditional Spanish recipe and stuffed into a continuous natural casing, making it one long sausage joined at the beginning and end with a string, which is also used to hang it in the curing process.
“Tierra Astur” premium Spanish longaniza sausage is vacuum packaged in pieces of approximately 400 g.
