The conditions of freedom in which the animals are raised guarantee extraordinary product quality, which means the final dish served to diners is exquisite.
The piece of suckling pig is sufficient for 6-8 diners to share. Simply roast it in the oven or grill adding coarse salt, water and extra virgin olive oil. Optionally, and according to taste, garlic can be used in the preparation. We recommend respecting the original and authentic flavour of the product by adding the minimum complementary ingredients.
Tierra Astur La Casería suckling pig pairs perfectly with young red wines or those with a little aging. Any DOP Cangas red wine would be ideal.
This product is refrigerated and vacuum packed in pieces weighing approximately 5 kg. This guarantees respect for the cold chain and also that the suckling pig maintains all of its properties and characteristics intact until it is cooked.
