Fry in a pan in its own fat, and serve with chips, or use it to fill pies, onions, or accompany pizzas and pastas. Enjoy it on a corn fritter accompanied by eggs and chips, which is one of the most typical dishes of Asturias gastronomy.
Store in the refrigerator. Remove from the package one hour before serving.
