Marinated pork loin, prepared using traditional artisan methods in our butchery from whole pieces of fresh loin that are marinated and then cut into fillets ready to serve grilled.
A typical product of Spanish butcheries, ideal for serving accompanied with egg and chips, or to enjoy on a sandwich with slices of Asturias cheese or slices of fresh tomato.
Store in the refrigerator. Remove from the package one hour before serving.
