The beef cheek is juicy, gelatinous, very easy to eat because of its soft texture. Prepared in a traditional stew with natural ingredients, it becomes a gourmet preserve that you can offer to your most demanding guests.
The quantity of product that includes the conserves is ideal to share like main plate between two and three diners. You just have to heat it to simmer or to the water bath and serve.
