Xaldu lamb, a native breed from Asturias, in Spain, is characterised by its intensity of flavour, and in this product it is prepared according to a typical recipe of the region. Serve it with salad, chips or mashed potatoes. Heat in a bain marie or slowly on the hob and serve.
“Samartin” Xaldu lamb is packaged in two formats:
A 425 g can, suitable for sharing between two diners.
A 1,150 g can, to share between 4-6 diners.
