COD IN CIDER (150 g)
A delicious traditional Spanish dish, low in fat, prepared using traditional artisan methods with high quality ingredients and freshness: cod fillet with mussels accompanied by mixed vegetables in olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt, flour, spices and natural Asturias cider.
It can be presented as a main dish in a sufficient quantity for one person. Heat it in a bain marie or transfer it to another container and heat slowly on the hob until the desired temperature is reached.
