It is characterised by the exceptional flavour achieved by pairing natural cider with one of the most highly valued fishes for use in cuisine, the Albacore tuna.
It is packaged in the ideal quantity for a main course for one diner, or as a Spanish tapas to share between two people. Heat it in a bain marie or transfer it to another container and heat slowly on the hob until the desired temperature is reached.
