Easy to cut, it is ideal to use as an ingredient in baking or as a filling for a sweet pie. Although its best-known use is as an accompaniment for Asturias cheeses: paired with all kinds of cheeses, especially those with a stronger flavour, such as blue cheese (Cabrales, Gamoneu, La Peral, etc.).
Store in the refrigerator 3-6ºC.
