One of the most traditional snacks, widely used to accompany Asturias cheeses; especially among those with a more potent flavour, such as Gamoneu and Cabrales. Presented in easy-to-cut blocks, La Collotense apple jelly is ideal for use as a filling in sweet pastries, or as an ingredient in all kinds of desserts.
It is recommended to store in a refrigerator at a temperature of between 3 and 6º.
