The Gancedo Asturian pork loin presented to you in a half-bar format is made by a family of farmers who live in Tineo, capital of the council of the same name located in the central area of Asturias. There, the Gancedo family has been breeding Asturian calves and Asturstur pigs for over 30 years, an autochthonous breed of Asturian pig. Achievement that reached with the sacrifice that all farmers contribute as a plus to a lifestyle whose result is nourished the excellent Asturian meat pantry.
The article that we present in a half-bar format allows you to cut the slice to the taste of the moment. In any case, the sliced loin has to temper a few minutes before consumption so that the unique and characteristic aromas of this type of sausage reach their best point of expression. In the mouth, the article that we present presents with simplicity toasted memories and tastes of very nice paprika that work as a natural basting of the great flavor of lean meat matured with the accumulated wisdom generation after generation and that allowed that the loin embuchado of the asturcelta pork is a reality.
PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT
