La Chivita goat’s milk cheese, like other artisan cheeses, must be kept refrigerated. For the best enjoyment of the cheese, remove it from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving so that it is at room temperature.
Store in the refrigerator.
La Chivita pure goat’s milk cheese is vacuum packed in 500 gr or 750 g pieces.
