La Chivita is a goat's milk cheese has an intense flavour, slightly sharp and a distinctive goat's milk aroma; it is a worthy cheese for any lover of good cheeses to try it.
With a curing period of two months, La Chivita goat's milk cheese is made entirely using traditional artisan techniques from raw goat's milk obtained from the dairy's own livestock. It contains no preservatives or additives. Its product quality is therefore difficult to match.
For the optimum enjoyment of La Chivita goat's milk cheese, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator and remove it half an hour before serving until it reaches room temperature, so that it can be savoured in all its splendour.
