Spanish pure goat’s milk cheese is made from pasteurised goat’s milk obtained from animals reared in conditions of semi-freedom. This cheese is perfect for use in salads, pasta dishes and recipes with cheese that are not sauces.
Enjoy all the flavour intensity of this goat’s cheese milk by removing the product from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving, so that it reaches the recommended temperature.
